Scheduling Policies

Late Policy:

• 30-Minute Appointments: There is a 10-minute grace period. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we’ll need to reschedule your appointment to ensure we can properly reset the space for the next client.

• 60-Minute Appointments (Extended Haircut): There is a 15-minute grace period. Arriving past this window will require us to reschedule.

• Why we enforce this: Because we often have back-to-back appointments, this time is essential for sanitizing and resetting the station. Additionally, for our final appointment of the day, late arrivals unfortunately push past closing time—meaning we can't be cutting hair late into the evening!

Cancellation Policy:

• There is no deposit required for booking, and no penalties for cancellations or rescheduling if you notify us before your appointment. Failure to notify us of cancellations or rescheduling will result in your appointment being marked as a no-call, no-show.

• However, two no-call, no-show instances will result in us no longer being able to accept bookings from you as a client.

Payment Policy

Payments can be made with a card before or after your appointment. We are unable to accept cash at this time.
